Commissioned by Royal Decree, Integral Visions Events produced Saudi Arabia’s 300th Foundation Day sky show—a 20-minute visual masterpiece combining 3,000 drones, fireworks, and music to narrate the Kingdom’s epic journey. Broadcast across major networks, the spectacle celebrated Saudi heritage, unity, and vision with unmatched scale and emotional depth.

In celebration of the 300th anniversary of the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Integral Visions Events (IVE) was commissioned to conceive and produce the nation’s premier Founding Day spectacle—a monumental 20-minute sky show that paid tribute to the birth of Diriyah and the unification of the Arabian Peninsula. Commissioned under Royal Decree by His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the show served as a centerpiece of the national three-day celebration in 22 February 2022 and was broadcast live across four major regional networks.
Strategically designed to narrate key milestones in Saudi history, the show fused artistry with new drone technology, lights and fireworks, dancing harmoniously in unison. Utilizing 3,000 LED drones, 500 pyro drones, synchronized fireworks, and lighting, IVE crafted a vivid sky drama that traced the Kingdom’s journey—from the symbolic flight of the falcon in search of the first city-state to the rise of Diriyah under Imam Mohammed bin Saud, the expansion of the First Saudi State, and the ceremonial raising of the Kingdom’s flag. Iconic cultural symbols, such as a pyro-drone 'Dal' coffee pot and majlis formation, honored Saudi traditions of hospitality, unity, and heritage.
The creative narrative was elevated by an original musical score composed by Bassem Rizk, blending traditional Saudi instrumentation with cinematic orchestration to deliver a deeply emotional and engaging experience. The show’s narration, recorded in the historic city of Diriyah, added authenticity and resonance to the storytelling. The result was a visually breathtaking and historically rich national event that not only captivated audiences but also reinforced Saudi pride, legacy, and the Kingdom’s forward-looking vision.
