In October 2019, Dubai was selected as the host city for Caterpillar’s prestigious five-day executive summit, gathering 80 of its top global resellers. Integral Visions Events (IVE) was entrusted by Mohamad Abdulrahman Al Bahar (MAB)—Caterpillar’s exclusive distributor in the UAE—to design and deliver a comprehensive, high-level program that balanced strategic meetings with immersive cultural and entertainment experiences. The agenda combined business and leisure, blending daily executive conferences with curated excursions and culminating in an extraordinary finale gala dinner.
IVE meticulously planned every detail of the program, from five-star accommodations at the Bvlgari Hotel Dubai to daily activities tailored for both executives and their accompanying partners. While executives engaged in business sessions, their guests experienced VIP cultural outings, including private tours of the Louvre Abu Dhabi and exclusive visits to the Habtoor Polo stables, capped by a private polo match. Every element of the experience was delivered with seamless logistics and exceptional hospitality, reflecting the high standards of both MAB and Caterpillar.
The highlight of the week was the grand finale gala dinner at the Armani Ballroom, where IVE curated an unforgettable sensory journey. Guests were treated to a bespoke five-course menu crafted by Armani’s executive chef, and the venue was transformed into a sophisticated dining experience with elegant lighting, a semi-circular layout, and live Arab-Latin fusion music. The evening’s creative centerpiece was a intriguing and immersive table-top projection mapping show—each dining table animated with custom visuals telling the story of Caterpillar’s global leadership and strategic impact. This powerful storytelling moment captivated the audience, symbolizing the fusion of innovation and legacy, and was met with enthusiastic acclaim. The event concluded with personalized airport departures, ensuring each guest’s experience ended as thoughtfully as it began.
